ELECTRIC MAN: That repair guy, why is he smiling? And how come the bill is so cheap!

Lyrics

Electric Man by Kadium

I came home early one morning working on the night shift
I was half asleep, oh so tired, do you get my drift?
My feet felt heavy and my head felt light
I could tell that there was something wrong
But more than that it didn’t feel right

I turned my key in the door and I walked across the kitchen floor
I heard all kind of noises coming from the room upstairs
I didn’t know just what to do so I yelled “hey sugar is that you!”
Then out stepped this total stranger wearing nothing but underwear
And he said

“I am the electric man I’ve come to fix your fuse
Any time, night or day, I can cure you from your blues” and I said
“If you’re the electric man then where do you keep your tools?”
And he said
“Down here in my boxer shorts I’ve got everything I use”

I turned around to my old lady she could see I was a getting mad
I shook her warmly by the throat and I said “I’m being had”
She said “believe me honey there can be no doubt
The lights went off I found his number and I called him out”
And he said

“I am the electric man I’ve come to fix your fuse
Any time, night or day, I can cure you from your blues” so I said
"If you’re the electric man then where do you keep your tools?”
And he said
“Down here in my boxer shorts I’ve got everything I use”
Hey, hey!

Instrumental

“I am the electric man I’ve come to fix your fuse
Any time, night or day, I can cure you from your blues” so I said
“If you’re the electric man then where do you keep your tools?”
And he said
“Down here in my boxer shorts I’ve got everything I use, huh”
