This was originally going to be the title of the album but after some deliberation we came to the decision that ‘Scarlet and Blue’ was a better choice. It is a phrase that sits within that song anyway, so I would guess we haven’t strayed too far from where we started. The storyline itself is nothing new but nevertheless we always felt that this would make a great movie. It would have to be in black and white of course, to match the mood of the poor soul who probably said something in haste and now finds himself on the wrong side of the tracks, and desperately looking for a way to redeem himself and get back what he has lost. Sadly I expect that there are a good many of us who have trodden that well worn path before.
